Thank you for choosing our bikinis. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Below, we present our return policies.


National Orders (Customers in Mexico):

We offer one free exchange. You have a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase to make size exchanges for your bikini. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds once the transaction is completed. Size exchanges will only be accepted during this period, and no exceptions will be made.

If a second exchange is needed, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs in full.

Products with discounts or participating in promotions are not eligible for exchanges or returns and are considered as FINAL SALE.

Product Conditions:

To process a size exchange, the product must be in the same condition as it was originally delivered. If the item shows signs of breakage, stains, dirt, or any other condition that sets it apart from its original state, we will not be able to accept the exchange request.


International Orders (Customers outside of Mexico):

For our valued international customers, it's important to note that the choice of model, product, or size is the exclusive responsibility of the buyer at the time of making the transaction. Due to this consideration, we cannot offer size exchanges or returns for international orders due to high shipping costs.

We recommend carefully verifying your bikini choice before finalizing your purchase, especially if you are placing an order from another country.

Please note that your orders may require additional time to go through customs. Mondo Swim is not responsible for any import taxes or tariffs that may apply, nor for any subsequent delays they may cause. If your package has arrived in the destination country and you have not received it, we suggest contacting the local postal service or customs office for more information.
