Shipping policy

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, from our studio in Mexico City. 

Your order will dispatch within 1 - 7  (international orders) and within 1- 3 (orders in Mexico). Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or public holidays.

Shipping cut off time is 2pm EST. Orders made after 2pm EST will be shipped out the next business day.

Buyer will first receive an order confirmation, then a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number once the order has been processed through the shipping partner you chose when purchasing.

Our shipping partners do not operate on weekends. If you have received a shipment confirmation over the weekend, your order will be picked up by the end of the next business day.

Please be aware that once your shipment has been processed and dispatched, it could take several hours before your number will be trackable with our shipping partner after it has been picked up.
